The Arthur Fleischmann Museum is a branch of the Bratislava City Museum dedicated to the life and work of Bratislava-born sculptor Arthur Fleischmann (1896-1990). Fleischmann studied in Prague and Vienna, and spent his life in Vienna, Bali, Australia and London. The house in which the museum is located belonged to the Fleischmann family from 1917. The museum presents works from Bratislava collections and a selection of 28 works on loan from the Arthur Fleischmann Foundation in London. Archive documents and photographs provide an insight into the artist’s private life.
